Sole proprietorship with staff / VOF between €1,000 and €3,000 excl. VAT per year.

Holding BV with only a participation of €750 excl. VAT per year.

Holding BV with DGA and management invoices. We arrange the management fee invoices over the year and ensure that the 'paper flow' continues. Between €850 and €1,750 excl. VAT per year.

Werk BV, depending on the number of invoices, bank transactions and complexity €2,000 – €7,000 excl. VAT per year.

The standard package includes all regular activities such as annual accounts, publication report, minutes, corporate income tax returns and/or income tax and turnover tax returns. You are fully taken care of in all administrative and tax obligations.

Invoicing is per month in a subscription form and is collected by direct debit. This means no high invoices in one go and no worrying about payment.

Premium

From €250 per month

In this option we check electronic assessments, we check the tax positions, we identify matters that are important and there is room to discuss this. We think along with you about the future by means of forecasts in results and cash flow. We have regular personal contact and act as the sparring partner and the external controller.

Depending on the size of your company and the wishes, the rate is between €500 and €5,000 excl. VAT extra per year.
